The Yamazaki Kogei Collection celebrates the Japanese art of Kogei, a tradition of craftsmanship where artisans work in harmony with nature, using timeless techniques to challenge convention.
Inspired by this philosophy, Shinji Fukoya revisits Yamazaki’s early experiments with Spanish oak casks and peated spirit. The result is a beautifully balanced whisky, where subtle smoke intertwines with rich dried fruits, revealing layers of mocha, raisins, almonds, and sweet spices.
