Description
Soka captures the sweet character of sorghum grain by combining distillates of fermented sorghum juice and syrup to create a spirit that can be enjoyed neat or with a splash of cola. Fruity notes of green melon, cucumber and green apple are paired with a whiff of hay, which also works well in an alternative Mojito.
