Description
Rooster Rojo macerates smoked and roasted red pineapples in reposado Tequila and ages it for an additional 12 months in ex-bourbon barrels. This is laden with tropical fruit notes of overripe banana, caramelised pineapple and hints of cracked black pepper. Wonderful to enjoy over ice or in a tiki cocktail.
