Description
This is the second edition in the Single Estate Series, capturing the Barbadian terroir in rum form. Molasses from estate-grown sugarcane were harvested in 2018 and then fermented, distilled, matured, and blended on-site. The result is a rum with a light golden hue and notes of grapefruit, sweet plums, banana, smoked almonds, sea salt, and milk chocolate.
