Description
This 30-year-old displays aromas of soy sauce, roasted hazelnut, wildflowers, roasted herbs, and pine. Fenjiu’s baijiu was famously enjoyed by Mao Zedong and Soviet statesmen following the liberation of Beijing – to this day, it is still shared during special occasions. Crafted from sorghum, barley, and peas, it is presented in a striking porcelain decanter.
