Tasting Notes:
Nose: Light and floral with gentle notes of honey, fresh grain, and a hint of orchard fruit—think pear and green apple—mingled with a touch of vanilla and soft oak.
Palate: Smooth and rounded with a medium body. Expect flavours of sweet malt, citrus peel, light spice (clove and cinnamon), and subtle nutty undertones.
Finish: Clean and warming, with a lingering echo of dried fruit and gentle oak spice.
