Description
A blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Muscat. This ‘Gyotaku’ blend is designed to be paired with sushi, though it’s much more versatile. Its complexity and textural palate would go well with a range of dishes. It ferments with indigenous yeasts and ages in large old foudres. Tropical fruit and spiced pear are cut by a persistent, tangy citrus. Certified organic, certified biodynamic, low-intervention/natural wine.
