Description
Place: Rhone, France
Grape: Viogner
Vibe: Citrus + Spice
Whole bunch crushed and a two-week maceration before a little snooze in 500L oak and amphora. Expect a heady nose of bergamot and woodsy spice. The palate is nicely mineral with well-integrated tannins and a creamy texture. How Thibaud has managed to make Viogner taste this good I’ll never know! Here for it though. ABV: 11.5%
