Description
Place: Mount Gambier, Australia
Grape: Sauvignon Blanc
Vibe: Textural
The 2023 release marks the 10th anniversary of Good Intentions Wine Co.’s journey, going back to its roots with 100% skin-fermented Sauvignon Blanc. Vineyards here are spitting distance from the sea (if you can spit a few kilometres), so this is a gorgeously fresh summer orange wine. Intrigue comes from the texture, created by 2-3 weeks’ skin contact. The fruit veers towards the tropical, with kiwis, pineapple and banana. Like a boozy fruit salad! ABV: 12%
