Chilled red, yes, but this is so much more than that. Featherweight and ethereal, kind of like how they do it up in the Jura. It’s destemmed, with a very gentle maceration that gives us pomegranate, watermelon, and just a whisper of Pinot’s savoury side. There’s something incredibly moreish about the finish that leaves you instantly craving another sip. Breathtaking and thoughtful once again! ABV: 13%
