From an old vineyard on granite-rich soil above Dambach, this wine’s been aged under flor in old Alsatian foudres. Basically the Jura Alsatian mashup of my dreams. The aromatics are tamed into a salty, savoury expression that makes cheese a non-negotiable here. You’d think this would be too much, but this has been done with real finesse. ABV: 13%
