Based in West Sussex, Nyetimber exclusively produces sparkling wine from its own vineyards. The name comes from ‘Nitimbreha,’ meaning a newly timbered house or small timber plantation. Since planting traditional Champagne grapes in 1986, Nyetimber has won awards and even outperformed Champagne in blind tastings.
