After 7 years of ageing on lees in the cellars, each bottle of vintage champagne is disgorged 6 months prior to dispatch and receives a Brut dosage made from aged wine. Elevated aromatics of toast, grilled nuts, and yeasty notes, leading to a full-bodied, rich palate harmonized by a refreshing mineral acidity. This multi-layered and weighty Champagne retains an elegance and finesse.
