Product description
The 0.92-hectare parcel is situated on marly-calcareous soil with clay-rich layers, positioned on a southwest-facing slope at a higher altitude. Grapes are hand-harvested, then gently pressed. The juice undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on its fine lees, with minimal intervention, preserving its freshness and minerality. Bright and expressive, with aromas of fresh fruit and delicate florals. The palate is crisp and balanced, leading to a mineral, saline finish that adds depth and freshness.
