Selected and blended by James Davy working closely with the Amadieu family of Gigondas. Grapes are hand-harvested and traditionally vinified Vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks. A bright southern Rhône style with cherry and blackcurrant aromas, gamey notes and hints of chocolate and liquorice. Full-bodied with a lifted palate and satisfying finish.
