Synthetic treatments of the vines are minimised, with Laurent describing the domaine as ‘bio-raisonnée’, a sort of halfway house between conventional and organic cultivation. White fruits, a little citrus and lovely floral quality that develops some complex orange blossom in time. The palate shows a lovely richness with some creaminess and a pleasing grip, with tangy notes of quince, citrus, and long mealy flavours.
