Sourced from the Eliza Vineyard, this wine is crafted from Pinot Noir clones 115, Abel, and 5, contributing to its distinct characteristics. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo minimal skin contact. Grapes were whole-bunch pressed using long, gentle pressure to ensure minimal color extraction. Extended cool fermentation in stainless steel preserved delicate aromatics and structure, while time on light lees enhanced mid-palate texture and depth. A fresh, mineral wine with subtle aromas of nashi pear, peach and citrus blossom. A rich fruit entry with concentrated flavours of peach and pear leading to a dry finish.
