Hand-harvested from old vines. Fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts, followed by 3 years of ageing in mixed oak barrels and 3 years in bottle before release. Deep garnet with aromas of blackberry, plum, cedar, and spice. Rich and structured on the palate, showing layers of dark fruit, cocoa, and tobacco, with fine tannins and a long, elegant finish.
