Indigenous Yiannoudi grapes grown on red soils. Single vineyard, hand harvested. Vines planted in 2019, yielding a notably concentrated expression from young vines. Hand harvested. Malolactic fermentation in barrel with batonnage. Aged 12 months in new French and American oak, then one month on lees, followed by four months in diamond concrete tanks. Dark red fruit and spice on the nose, with earthy undertones typical of Yiannoudi. Full bodied on the palate with firm tannins, warm alcohol, and a layered finish shaped by new French and American oak.
