From younger vines and selected parcels across the estate, grown on the La Crau plateau under sustainable, low-intervention farming with manual harvesting. Traditional fermentation with gentle extraction, followed by ageing mainly in large oak foudres to preserve fruit and terroir expression. Ripe red berries, garrigue and spice with hints of pepper and earth. Medium-full, supple and structured, with savoury depth and a fresh, stony finish.
