Description
Place: Auvergne, France
Grape: Viogner + 10% Muscat
Vibe: Refreshing
The Viognier macerates in the juice of the Muscat for roughly 10 days. This is intensely tropical, all pineapple and papaya at first. Things then flesh out into more stone fruit and savoury herbs. Some nice tannin but nothing chewy or weird. Insanely drinkable, and aptly named. ABV: 10%
