Description
Wow. Wow. Wow. Aldo Viola’s Plus 2016 is a perfect syrah, at the lovely age to drink now.
2016 is full of depth and character, and whilst we would advise to decant, you can also drink straight after opening.
Touches of spice and tobacco dance around forest fruit and flickers of leather.
A truly fantastic steak-frites wine, especially with a solid peppercorn sauce.
