Description
Place: Burgundy, France
Grape: Pinot Noir, Aligoté
Vibe: Hello!
Burgundy-Nouveau? Is there such a thing? This would be it. The Pinot is treated to a carbonic bath, emphasising that primary character and the Aligote to a quick press for clear juice before fermentation in old oak. Red wine with a white wine texture. It’s a vibe. ABV: 11.5%
