Watching this particular bottle evolve over the years has been a real joy with each vintage becoming more refined and elegant. It’s a true testament to the hard work and the unique microclimate of their little corner of Wales. Damson-leaning, with a grapey and grassy profile, you can think of this as Wales’ answer to Lambrusco. Curious? You’ll have to taste it to believe it! ABV:9%
