Arak Brun is a traditional Lebanese spirit produced by Domaine des Tourelles in the Bekaa Valley, a distillery established by the Brun family in the early 20th century. Made from estate-grown grapes and fresh anise, it undergoes a three-stage distillation in alembic stills before being aged in clay jars within a century-old cellar.
