Ex-bourbon barrels and Australian brandy vats contribute notes of spice, vanilla and stone fruit to this inviting aged rum from Beenleigh in Queensland. These aged rums are then married in vats made from native kauri pine. A great expression from Australia’s longest standing rum distillery that’s excellent neat or in simple cocktails like the Old Fashioned.
