Oooft! Plenty of that unmistakable Bencze energy. Starting slightly reductive before diving into a whole medley of fruit, florals and minerality. Lemon sherbet and white peaches etched into your memory from the first sip. This feels almost Styrian. The ferment went long and slow, not quite eating all the sugar, so technically 5g of residual is left alongside a little spritz. Probably quite useful to brace all the acidity. It’s like a little nod to the Plus Range of Tscheppe. A must taste this summer. ABV: 11.5%
