Description
This is a pot still vatting of various distillates made from barley, wheat, oats and rye. Carefully married by head distiller John Wilcox, it was then matured in a combination of American oak and ex-rye whiskey casks. The resulting Irish whiskey explodes with aromas of marmalade, baked apples, and maple syrup.
