Bob Petrie was Head Pastry Chef at many of London’s finest restaurants till he was asked to create a range of bespoke bitters by bar manager Guilano Morandin. This is his winter bitters that are part of his seasonal range highlighting the flavours of the season. A nod to the spices that make up an English Christmas.
