Description
Geuze is a sour lambic-style beer originating from Belgium, with Boon’s Oude being one of the most famous examples, made since 1975. Made using 60% malt and 40% wheat, it’s a blend of one-, two-, and three-year-old beers, which are further aged in the bottle before release. An incredibly complex yet refreshing beer with a long and intense finish.
