This rich old tom gin is made with green cardamom and jasmine and sweetened with a hint of Sauternes. The influence of this legendary Bordeaux desert wine adds a honeyed element and a hint of golden sultana. Try it in a Gin Sour with honey syrup, lemon and a dash of orange bitters.
