Giants of American whiskey, Buffalo Trace has partnered with the Chicago Rabbinical Council for this straight rye whiskey. This kosher spirit is distilled from high-quality grains and aged in specially designated barrels to meet Passover requirements. Seven years in cask have produced complex layers of toffee, cinnamon, white pepper, maple syrup, and stewed fruit.
