Description
This 2000-vintage Caperdonich was bottled exclusively for The Whisky Exchange by indie bottler Signatory Vintage after 21 years in a single hogshead. The now closed distillery produced a light, floral and fruity single malt, and this release showcases the style beautifully with notes of cherry pie, fruit cake, almond, dried raisins, underpinned by polished oak and resin.
