A Trinidadian rum from legendary closed distillery Caroni, matured for a quarter century in a refill hogshead and bottled by Adelphi for its 30th anniversary. This is an impressively complex spirit with notes of cherry cola, hot coals and tar, complemented by treacle, dried figs and warming spice.
