Description
Place: Umbria, Italy
Grape: Trebbiano Spoletino
Vibe: Noble
This hangs out for three months on skins before being pressed off to tank. Brilliant extract, with pithy tannins giving shape and balancing out mouthwatering acidity. A bit of ozone, sea spray and tropical fruit to add seasoning. This is yummy, drinking like a beautifully textured white rather than a really out there macerated wine. Wheelhouse? Yes. ABV: 12%
