Description
This elegant cognac has been aged in traditional French oak barrels for a minimum of 12 years before a short finish in casks made from Mizunara. The influence of this rare Japanese oak shows itself with a distinctive sandalwood note and subtle smokiness that mingles beautifully with the violet and candied fruit flavours of Borderies eaux-de-vie.
