I really like summer. It means I’m finally allowed to give the rosé shelf a refresh, though personally I drink the stuff year round. You should too.
It’s no secret this region produces some of the world’s greatest pink wines. Emidio Pepe, sadly, doesn’t leave Italy, and Valentini, will cost you an arm and a leg. This is here to scratch a similar itch, one you can not only afford but buy year-round.
Emotional drinking. Reductive at first but give it time and you’ll find herbs, minerals, and earthen charm in abundance, all sitting atop gorgeous sharp strawberry and citrus-leaning fruit. Refreshing but interesting. Not always easy to find. ABV: 12%
