Description
This Maltsmith combines pale and caramelised malts, fermented in a brewers style to generate lots of fruity esters. The single malt was then aged in a combination of new oak and refill single malt casks. You’ll find a whiskey with notes of honey-covered pears, black pepper, buttery pretzels and light cinnamon sugar.
