Description
This was aged for at least 30 months in French Limousin oak casks, offering rich layers of banana bread, oak, cardamom, and vanilla on the nose. Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca and blender Sergio Mendoza, crafted this without additives, allowing the full character of the agave to shine.
