So into this. 95% Pinot Meunier from 45-year-old vines. Indigenous ferment, 36 months on lees, and all from a perpetual reserve dating back from 2011 to 2020. Unfined, unfiltered, unsulphured too. Just a tiny dosage to add a little weight. After reading all that you probably think this is gonna be spenny. Oh how wrong could you be! This is officially the cheapest Champagne on the shelves. Maybe there is a god after all. ABV: 12.5%
