Description
A non-alcoholic aperitif from Everleaf, Forest is flavoured with botanicals including vanilla, gentian and liqourice. It has a bittersweet character; the palate is led by bitter gentian with a sweeter, fruitier undertone. Everleaf recommend mixing this non-alcoholic aperitif with soda water or tonic.
