Description
Gentiane De Lure is made to a long-standing recipe by Distilleries et Domaines de Provence. Made by infusing gentian root, Peruvian bark and both sweet and bitter oranges with white wine from Lubéron and sweet fortified wine. Aged in a barrel for six months, this herbal aperitif is best enjoyed chilled over ice.
