Description
Place: Sicily, Italy
Grape: Grecanico Dorato + Others
Vibe: Electric
Ungrafted, pre-phylloxeric vines from a very special vineyard on their doorstep. Grapes macerate gently for six days in open vats before heading to steel for 11 months. Insanely energetic yet powerful and present on the palate. Fruit runs the gamut. Citrus and orchard-y, a faint grip and a cleansing saline finish. Have a look, you won’t regret it.
