This unusual peated Glen Grant single malt was distilled in 1968 and aged for over three decades in a single Amontillado sherry butt. Bottled in 1999 by independent bottler Adelphi, this rare whisky displays sweet notes of dried fruits, pepper and smoke on the palate.
Glen Grant used peat until the early 1970s, creating smoky whiskies that significantly differed from its current light and fruity style.
