This 1950s bottling of Gordon’s Gin captures the classic London dry style of the era, with a focus on juniper and a select few supporting botanicals. Between the 1920s and 1960s, the brand used a spring cap closure to secure each bottle. Though tricky to open, this mechanism was remarkably secure and likely explains why this bottle has remained in such good condition. Gordon’s received its first Royal Warrant in 1925 from King George V, and as the label shows, this release was produced by appointment to Her Majesty the Queen.
