This historic single pot still Irish whiskey had its genesis in Dublin grocer Mitchell’s, but the revamped whiskey has now has spread across the world to huge acclaim, along with the other products in the Spots Whiskey range. The accessible but complex Green Spot is a delightful combination of fruit, toffee and malt, and a fine example of Irish pot still whiskey.
I love the Spot Whiskeys in general, but Green Spot is my favourite. For me, it’s the true definition of a smooth Irish whiskey, but I love that even if though it’s so approachable, you still get full-bodied, complex flavours. It’s absolutely delicious. Adriana Morris-Pérez, The Whisky Exchange
