Description
A modern version of the Irish distiller’s traditional pot still whiskey, this uses a combination of malted and unmalted barley, triple-distilled and with a distinctive Irish pot still character up front. As expected from its subtitle, it uses new oak casks from Ireland, America and Europe, as well as ex-bourbon and sherry casks, for a complex flavour profile of rich fruits and spice.
