La Sorga doing the weird and wonderful thing as per. Hard to keep track but this is all bergamot, fresh almond, mango, and grapefruit. The texture is comforting with a vibrant minerality and a decent lick of acid. Delicious albeit unusual. Life’s too short to be boring. ABV: 11%
Please note this wine is un-sulphured and may be volatile. It is best drunk in one sitting.
