Description
This overpoof rum was pot distilled at Ninefold in Dumfries and Galloway. It takes its name from the London’s Black Parrot and Merchant House, two of the capital’s great rum bars and early supporters of Ninefold distillery. This bottling is a little heavier than Ninefold’s usual style, with more body and richer notes of rose, honey and banana ice cream.
