Cabernet isn’t our usual thing so when we get one on the shelves it must be pretty good. This is from a cool site, and far from overworked, meaning this is about as elegant as Cabernet gets. Resolved, gentle tannins and lightly framed red fruits with a great lengthy finish. ABV: 13%
